What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

Please allow until this date for your order to arrive. It's also worth checking if there are any local delays in your area - just click here.

If your shipping address for your order is correct and the estimated delivery time has passed, please allow your postal services at least 5 more business days to deliver your parcel.

If more than 5 business days have passed after your estimated delivery date and you still haven’t received your order, just click here so we can help you further.

Due to COVID-19 we are seeing disruptions to some postal services, as there are strict corona measures in place, so please be aware that your order might therefore take longer to arrive.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal, as well as various local debit cards and invoicing options. The total amount (price of order + shipping) will be withdrawn from your account when the order is completed and approved.

All transactions are handled by Adyen international payment services. Your credit card number is sent to your bank via an encrypted connection.

Adyen is fully PCI Level 1 compliant and monitored by Trustwave, an ASV and a QSA for the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. Adyen is registered and monitored by the Dutch Central Bank as a payment institution under the European Payment Service Directive (PSD, 2007/64/EC). As a principal member and licensed acquirer of Visa and MasterCard, Adyen also adheres to the schemes’ operating regulations.

Why can’t I place my order or checkout on your website?
Are all products on the website in stock?

All products of our current collection are displayed on the website. If an item is out of stock this will be stated on the product’s page.

In case of an unlikely discrepancy between the website and the actual stock in the warehouse due to a miscount you will be notified via email and receive a refund for the missing item(s).

My order is missing a product – what shall I do?

Should an item be missing from your delivery, please contact us through the contact form and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference.
